Vampyroteuthis infernalis [logo]VAMPYROTEUTHIS INFERNALIS
Installation. Performance. Exhibition. An Underwater Drama.

Each expedition will face Vampyroteuthis sooner or later, since it not only inhabits the depths of the Chinese Sea, but also the depths of ourselves.

Something wobbly with a will – What could be more terrible?
Slime full of hate.

Victor HugoThe Toilers of the Sea
(Les travailleurs de la mer, 1866)

Elevated, intelligent bellies. The world is a fluid centripetal maelstrom, as grasped by Vampyroteuthis. Its form of understanding is passive, passionate, and impulsive.
